At this point you should have all received an email calendar invite containing a link to your individual Poster Session Zoom room. Remember, please take some time to practice, practice, practice. Feel free to share the link with a colleague, ask them to join your room, explore the functionality of zoom and get comfortable.

FAQ's
Do I need to submit my slides before the event?
Answer: No, you have until the day of the event to be prepared. Following the event we will reach out and request that you share your slides.
How do I collect folks contact information?
Answer: The best way to follow up is to request that the attendee drop their contact information into your chat.
Should I put my contact information at the end of my slides?
Answer: That is a great idea, this will allow folks to follow up. Please also note that we have included your email addresses to all attendees.
When do I start to run through my slides?
Answer: For the first round I would suggest you allow just a few moments for folks to enter your room and then feel free to begin. If folks enter once you have already begun, do not fear, they can stick around for your 2nd round.
Once I have presented, when should I re-start my slides?
Answer: Once you feel comfortable that folks have had an opportunity to ask questions, thanks those that have been present, welcome new members and feel free to run through your slides once again.
What should I choose as my background?
Answer: We have a video attached in our slides which will assist you in changing your virtual background in zoom, otherwise choose an uncluttered area as your backdrop
When will we get access to the zoom room?
Answer: You should have all received an email invite containing your individual Zoom room link. If you have not please contact rmcnulty@rustoleum.com or jferguson@rustoleum.com.
Will you be able to attend other poster sessions?
Answer: Yes, however not during your individual session. We are working to make all slides available following the show.
